We have noticed the occurrence of fraudulent e-mail messages that try to create the impression that they were sent by our company. They inform about the delay of the connection and sending some financial compensation as an apology with a link to the receipt of the amount.
They are sent from foreign e-mail addresses (although they may look as if they were sent from one of our addresses) and contain a link to foreign websites.
ATTENTION
These messages do not come from us. Please ignore them and do not respond to them.
For your safety, we remind you of several important information:
- we send all official ticket communications exclusively from e-mailových addresses on the svt.cz domain and its subdomains,
- we never include links to suspicious third-party websites in our messages,
- we never send any compensation for delays (or anything similar) that would require confirmation from you in any way,
- all financial transactions are processed using the same payment method used for payment,
- it is never necessary to confirm any receipt of funds by clicking on any link,
- in general there is rule, before you click on any link (anywhere), hover over it with your mouse to see where it really leads, link text can be misleading.
